Locomotives - Nickel Plate Switcher

Offered only in the 1941 catalog.  Both DRC and standard versions were supposed to be produced.  Operating examples of this locomotive are (nearly?) impossible to find.

Like the Atlantic, power pickups were mounted on the tender trucks.  Unlike the S gauge versions produced during the link coupler era, this engine doesn't appear to have a front coupling bar.

Pictures from an inoperable one, but in relatively good condition otherwise, from an online auction.

Additional pictures from another online auction.  This one is also obviously beyond hope, but quickly went above $200.

Yet another one, apparently in very good condition, but inoperable.  Seller said it needs some unspecified restoration.  Asking price started at $2,400.
